I loved how the event was presented and how all the leaflets and stickers were designed. One thing that caught my attention was the thin stripes on the leaflet. I love how they interacted with the blue square and generally broke up the white space and the typography. It gave quite a usual leaflet some jazz and character, I think I will try and include that in my work in the future.

Behance Portfolio Review
I recently went to the Behance Portfolio Review which was hosted by the studio Engine Room. I was sat on a table with two final year students and one student doing a masters degree, all graphic designers. We had two reviewers on out table from the Engine Room, we all showed our work and got some great feedback. At the end of the review the reviewers on each table nominated one person who stood out and to my shock they voted for me, so I was awarded with a Behance Appreciation Award. They said it was because of my amount of confidence and strength of work at such an early stage of my education. I was over the moon and have kept in touch with the two reviewers.
